3x20 Squat
3x10 Jump Squat
4x5 Tuck Jump
Then: 30m Farmer Carry +
10 Lunge +
30m Farmer Carry +
9 Lunge +
30m Farmer Carry +
8 Lunge
Follow the above pattern all the way until you hit 1 Lunge (Use DB’s or KB’s with the whole work out)
Then: Pull-up/Dip 10/1, 9/2, 8/3…3/8, 2/9, 1/10 reps of each
